Rock in Rio Lisbon has revealed the final headliner and full lineup for the closing day of its 11th edition, with global rap superstar 21 Savage, UK rap phenomenon Central Cee and Afrobeats trailblazer Rema set to lead the festival’s biggest ever closing day on 28th June 2026.

One of the defining voices in modern hip hop, 21 Savage will make his long-awaited Portugal debut at Rock in Rio Lisbon. The GRAMMY-winning, multi-platinum artist arrives with a catalogue of global hits and chart-topping projects including American Dream, alongside landmark collaborations such as Savage Mode II with Metro Boomin and Her Loss with Drake.

Joining him is Central Cee, one of the most influential names in contemporary UK rap. Rising from Shepherd’s Bush to global stardom, he broke into the mainstream with Day in the Life and Loading before releasing the chart-topping mixtape 23. His collaboration with Dave, Sprinter, became the longest-running No.1 rap song in UK chart history, while his debut album Can’t Rush Greatness broke new ground as the first UK rap record to break into the Top 10 of the Billboard 200.

Also announced is Rema, one of the most influential artists driving the global rise of Afrobeats. The Nigerian superstar achieved worldwide success with the record-breaking hit Calm Down, whose remix with Selena Gomez became one of the biggest songs of the decade and the highest-charting track ever by an African artist on the Billboard Hot 100. Blending Afrobeats, pop and electronic influences into his signature Afrorave sound, Rema has sold out venues including Madison Square Garden and London’s O2 Arena, and will be sure to deliver a show to remember.

Dedicated to the sounds shaping global youth culture today, the final day of the festival will unite hip hop, trap, rap, funk and Afropop across the City of Rock. The trio of international stars will headline a lineup that also includes Brazilian trap star Matuê, Brazilian rapper Filipe Ret, influential funk producer DENNIS, Afropop rising star Irina Barros, Portuguese hip hop artist Carlão, and Spanish pop crossover artist Lola Índigo, delivering what is set to be the biggest rap-focused day in the history of the Lisbon edition.

Roberta Medina, Executive Vice President of Rock in Rio Lisbon, said:
“This lineup represents the dominant musical language among younger generations around the world. From hip hop to trap and Afrobeats, these sounds shape global youth culture. Bringing together artists such as 21 Savage, Central Cee and Rema alongside leading voices from Brazil, Spain and Portugal reflects the strength and diversity of this movement.”

The announcement arrives as Rock in Rio Lisbon continues its countdown to the 2026 festival, following celebrations marking 100 days to go with the return of the event’s iconic giant guitar installation on one of the busiest roads in Lisbon and the whole of Portugal.

With each day of the festival themed around specific styles and audiences, the other confirmed artists across the two festival weekends already include; a range of heavy names spanning Linkin Park, Cypress Hill, Kaiser Chiefs, Grandson, Sepultura, The Pretty Reckless and Hoobastank on 21st June, pop icons Katy Perry, Charlie Puth, Alok, Audrey Nuna on 20th June, followed by legends day on 27th June with Rod Stewart, Cyndi Lauper, Shaggy, Joss Stone and The Wailers, alongside a wide range of Portuguese and international artists.
