Silk Road and Rolling Stone Launch First of Its Kind Venue on the Rooftop of the Telegraph Hotel

The Rolling Stone Rooftop Club Caters to Local, Regional and Global Clientele Seeking A Unique Lifestyle Experience

The Rolling Stone Rooftop Club is now open for business

Rolling Stone has joined forces with The Silk Road Group (“SRG”) to launch the first of its kind club and event venue under the legendary Rolling Stone trademark.

The new venue has now opened its doors on the rooftop of the Telegraph Hotel in the heart of the Georgian capital, Tbilisi. The Telegraph Hotel, which is part of the Leading Hotels of the World is owned, developed and managed by Silk Hospitality, an SRG subsidiary.

It’s a unique proposition, with the Rolling Stone Rooftop Club catering to local, regional and global clientele looking for something different, where drinks sit side by side with exciting live performances.

The exciting venture comes after SRG linked up with Shanghai based architectural firm Neri & Hu and succeeded in transforming the historic Telegraph building into a luxury hotel. The Telegraph Hotel is designed for travellers who want the very best, the SRG say.

With that in mind, the 50-year-long history of Rolling Stone and up to 60 million global readers means that it’s the perfect fit.

That’s reflected in the music program too, which reflects the spirit of Tbilisi, while looking globally too. One thing’s for sure – we’ll drink to that.
