Boardmasters 2025: The Prodigy prove they’re still the kings of rave.

Boardmasters 2025 concluded on Sunday with a brilliant, energetic headline set from rave kings The Prodigy.
The Cornish festival had previously seen headline slots from RAYE and Central Cee, and ended with a bang courtesy of the Essex group.
Closing the main stage with 70 minutes of relentless noise, the band brought not only 90s rave nostalgia, but a new sense of momentum for the future. ‘Omen’, ‘Breathe’ and ‘Out of Space’ remain era-defining hits, but it was the instrumental rendition of ‘Firestarter’, leaving space for what used to be the lyrics of the late, great Keith Flint, that shone brightest.
Elsewhere on the final day of Boardmasters, Franz Ferdinand and Wet Leg brought indie perfection to the Mordros tent, while Natasha Bedingfield continued to enjoy her resurgence, mixing anthems ‘Unwritten’ and ‘These Words’ with a host of covers from the likes of Chappell Roan, Portishead, Coldplay, Billie Eilish and more.
Myles Smith and London Grammar also soundtracked the perfect August sunshine on the main stage, with the vibes also being supplied at the ZYN stand with DJs playing throughout the day.
