Los Campesinos! have announced details of a UK tour to mark 20 years as a band.

The Cardiff-formed group will head out on the Vicennial Cringe tour in May and June 2026, beginning in London at the Electric Ballroom.

Of their choice of venues, the band say: “As always, this tour has been booked adhering to our principles of only playing independent venues and refusing to play venues that take any percentage of a band’s merch sales.”

They will also play exclusively accessible venues, and 5 per cent of tickets are available at just £8 and available to low income and unemployed fans.

Of the tour, the band add: “Los Campesinos! (King of Bands/Your Ex-Girlfriend’s Favourite Band/The UK’s First & Only Emo Band) acknowledge, but absolutely do not celebrate, our band turning 20 years old, with the Vicennial Cringe tour.

“Putting the NO in nostalgia, we begin our third decade as a band in the way we intend to continue it: emoting, dancing, falling in love and sinking pints with fans old and new. No victory laps, just an endless winning streak.”

Pre-sale tickets will go on sale at 10am GMT on Thursday, November 13 exclusively to subscribers of the band’s mailing list.

General sale tickets will then be on sale at the same time the following day, Friday, November 14. You can see the list of dates below and buy your tickets here.
