Biffy Clyro have confirmed they will play their first three albums in full later this year at a string of shows in London and Glasgow titled ‘A Celebration Of Beginnings’.

The Scottish rock icons posted on social media this morning (March 11) to confirm details of six shows where they play 2002’s Blackened Sky, 2003’s Vertigo of Bliss and 2004’s Infinity Land.

The shows – described as a reward for “hardcore fans who have been with the band throughout their journey to date”, will see Biffy play three consecutive nights at London’s O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, before heading to Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom for their first live shows at the legendary venue since 2014.

Each show will see the band play one album in full, as well as a string of greatest hits and favourites from their career. Tickets go on general sale from 10am on Friday (March 15) and will be available here.

You can check those dates in full below.

OCTOBER 2024:
Sunday 20 – London, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire – Blackened Sky
Monday 21 – London, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire – The Vertigo of Bliss
Tuesday 22  – London, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire – Infinity Land
Thursday 24 – Glasgow, Barrowland Ballroom – Blackened Sky
Friday 25 – Glasgow, Barrowland Ballroom – The Vertigo of Bliss
Saturday 26 – Glasgow, Barrowland Ballroom – Infinity Land

These formative albums marked the start of Biffy Clyro’s musical journey and saw them becoming one of the UK’s most popular cult band propositions, before arena-filling and festival-headlining fame came their way at the end of the decade.

Confirming the shows, the band said it marked a celebration “before Biffy X” – suggesting that their 10th album is very much on the way.
