Ozzy Osbourne says his last wish in his long career is to win an Oscar.

Talking on his new SiriusXM radio show Ozzy Speaks, the Rolling Stone UK Icon Award winner spoke of his final ambition.

After co-host Billy Morrison pointed out to Ozzy that “you’ve got to fucking be in a movie to win an Oscar,” he responded: “Well, you asked me what I haven’t won,” the Prince of Darkness fired back.

Discussing whether he would have to take up acting in order to win the Oscar, Ozzy said: “Elton John‘s got one for a song”.

At the start of the year, Sharon Osbourne seemingly confirmed plans for her iconic rockstar husband to perform two final shows before he quits performing for good.

It came after the singer told Rolling Stone UK last year about his dream to hit the stage for a string of final performances, having battled prolonged ill health in recent years.

“That’s one of the things I’ve been the most fucking pissed off at: I never got the chance to say goodbye or thank you,” he said.

“If I can’t continue doing shows on a regular basis, I just want to be well enough to do one show where I can say, ‘Hi guys, thanks so much for my life.’ That’s what I’m working towards, and if I drop down dead at the end of it, I’ll die a happy man.”
