Wolf Alice returned to Glastonbury last night (June 29) to preview new album The Clearing – hear all about it and see our beautiful photos of the set below.

The current Rolling Stone UK cover stars played the penultimate slot of the weekend on the Other Stage on Sunday night, teasing their new album alongside their greatest hits.

Earlier in the day, the band’s Joff Oddie and Joel Amey had told Rolling Stone UK how they almost missed their Pyramid Stage slot at Glastonbury 2022 due to a delayed flight, but they were on top form on Worthy Farm this weekend.

The band opened their set with ‘Formidable Cool’, going on to play highlights from their three studio albums, as well as previewing forthcoming song ‘The Sofa’, which will be the second song to be released from the upcoming The Clearing, out in August.

Vocalist Ellie Rowsell then became the latest in a host of artists across the weekend to share support for the people of Palestine, after Glastonbury organisers said they were “appalled” at Bob Vylan leading a chant of “death to the IDF” during their set on Saturday.
