If you grew up in the early ’90s with a TV tuned to Eurotrash, you’ll know the mix of playful provocation and satire that defined the show. Skepta clearly remembers it too, referencing the iconic series in his 2017 Hypocrisy music video and now channeling those memories into his MAINS Season 3 collection.

Working with head designer Mikey Pearce, Skepta delivered a collection that flirted with streetwear and sartorial wit in equal measure. Classic bombers received mischievous makeovers, while villainous leather trench coats strutted like runway antiheroes next to denim sets splashed with trippy smiley faces.

A Ribena-inspired printed leather jacket injected a pop of irony, and wind-swept neckties added a playful nod to office attire. Meanwhile, shorts revealed leather sock garters, sneaking in a dash of perversity beneath the formidable doorman bomber jackets.

The show had all the sex appeal of Eurotrash, unapologetically playful without ever feeling try-hard. Skepta’s vision embraced the theatrical, the cheeky, and the unexpected, proving streetwear can flirt with high-fashion flamboyance. Every piece felt like a wink to the audience, a nod to nostalgia, and a glimpse into the rapper’s imagination.

“This year we go deeper into my mind, deeper into Pandora’s box,” read the press release. And that’s exactly what the runway delivered. It was bold, irreverent, and undeniably memorable, proving that MAINS London isn’t just streetwear. It’s streetwear with attitude, wit, and a knowing wink to the past.
