Harry Clark: If The Traitors don’t win now it’s going to be a historic fumble
The Celebrity Traitors is nearing its end and our star columnist reckons anything less than a clean sweep won't be acceptable...

Look, someone’s gotta say it. If The Traitors don’t win at this point, it’s going to go down as one of the biggest fumbles in the history of the game. Actually, no, *the* biggest fumble.
The final is next week, we’re nearing the end of the game and there’s still three Traitors in their midst. Let’s look at it. Even if they murder one more person, the Faithfuls are going to have to murder every single Traitor night by night and I don’t think they’re going to be able to do that.
The obvious Traitor to go, if there was one, is Jonathan, of course. He’s the other big dog from Joe Marler’s theory, but if I’m honest I can just see him getting away with it again now.
There’s definitely something to be said about his ability to remain cool and collected and the way he handles himself is quite something. I think that’s going to work in his favour. He really wins people around at the roundtables which is exactly what I think he’s going to continue doing.

That said, I think he could have thrown Cat under the bus for his own sake, if he really wanted. If they had chosen to murder Stephen Fry and not Joe Wilkinson, I think that would have allowed JR to put forward a theory where the big dogs are being killed off and he might be the next to go. And who could be the quiet person in his sights? You’ve guessed it, Cat. Deflection, my friends, is the name of the game.
Which then brings us to the next person who will get murdered. We saw Kate, Nick and Lucy facing the prospect of getting murdered by the Traitors in person and I think they’ve each got their own merits for staying. Kate has had constant heat on her all series, so she’d be a good person to deflect attention upon if the Traitors want to go all the way. But then Nick could stay too. The way he spoke about sabotaging the chess game could really come back and bite him and make people wonder if they can trust him. But then there’s Lucy and Nick implicitly believes that she’s a Traitor. Keeping her in could act as another deflection too. They could spin this in so many ways, in fairness, and I just can’t wait to see which direction they take.
Oh, and just finally, I spoke about Celia last week, but if the Traitors was won on vibes alone then she would have this wrapped up. That moment where she happily admitted to being two-faced? ICONIC. I really hope she goes as far as she possibly can and I need to meet her after the show.
For now though, we’re nearing the end and things are getting wild. Could we see all three original Traitors scooping the pot? At this rate I wouldn’t rule it out. Faithfuls, you really need to up your game…
