Watch the dramatic new trailer for ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’
Miranda Priestly is back...

The first trailer has been released for The Devil Wears Prada 2, ahead of the anticipated sequel’s release this summer.
The film sees Anne Hathaway reprise the role of journalist Andy Sachs, while Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci also return to their roles – 20 years after the original film was released in 2006.
The trailer promises the same amount of drama as it becomes clear that Sachs is now the features editor of Runway Magazine, much to the visible displeasure of former colleague Emily Charlton, played by Blunt.
“Runway. It’s not just a magazine. It’s a global icon,” Tucci’s voice is heard to say in the trailer while Madonna’s ‘Vogue’ plays in the background.
“A winding road that brings us back. Together again,” he adds.
Though little else is hinted at, previous reports suggested that the film deals with the decline of magazine publishing, with Streep’s Miranda Priestly turning to Blunt’s former aide for financial help after she becomes a powerful executive.
It’s been confirmed that the film will also feature Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux and Lucy Liu as new characters.
Directed by David Frankel, the film hits cinemas on May 1.
