Doechii cancels festival appearances including All Points East
No reason has been given for the cancellation of multiple gigs set for this weekend
Doechii has cancelled all of her planned festival appearances set for this coming weekend, including at All Points East.
The singer was set to perform alongside RAYE in London’s Victoria Park this weekend (August 23) as well as a headliner at Bristol’s FORWARDS the following day. A gig in Paris has also been cancelled.
All Points East said: We’re very sorry to announce that Doechii will no longer be performing at her upcoming shows. She is an incredible artist, and, like all of her fans, we were hugely excited to see her on stage.” RAYE will still play the outdoor gig this weekend.
Doechii has yet to comment on the cancellations, with none of the festivals specifying a reason for her cancellation.
All Points East began last weekend with sets from Chase & Status, Cleo Sol and a free party from Pete Tong.
Others to play alongside RAYE on Saturday include JADE and TYLA. Friday (August 22) will see Barry Can’t Swim, Confidence Man and more perform, with The Maccabees‘ huge reunion show alongside Bombay Bicycle Club, The Cribs and more closing the programme on Sunday.
