Massive Attack & Tom Waits and Lewis Capaldi lead our Hot New Songs playlist

Also featuring new music from Midland, Prima Queen, Kenya Grace and more

By Nick Reilly

New music is great, but it’s increasingly hard to find your latest obsession when approximately 840,000 songs land on streaming services every week. So that’s where we come in. Every Friday, the team at Rolling Stone UK will update our Hot New Songs playlist with the stuff that we think you should be getting your ears around this week from the UK and Ireland. Simple.

This week, we’ve highlighted Massive Attack‘s powerful and politically charged collaboration with Tom Waits. While the track it isn’t on Spotify, we’ve embedded the YouTube link instead because it demands to be seen and heard all the same. Also returning this week is Lewis Capaldi, with a new song ahead of his US tour.

Listen to the playlist below and follow us on Spotify here.
