Inspired by Virgin’s signature shade of red, the limited-edition Headliner lip stain made its debut at an exclusive event in Shoreditch
Taking to the stage at Hidden Grooves, the vinyl listening bar inside Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch, Rose Gray admitted she’d never been much of a red lip girl. That is, until Wonderskin and Virgin teamed up to create Headliner, a limited-edition lip stain inspired by the brand’s signature shade of red.
The BRIT Award-nominated musician marked the launch with an intimate performance of her hits, including “April” and “Just Be Bodies”, proving that a bold red lip might just be her new signature look. Her electric energy perfectly captured the bold, playful spirit of both Virgin and Wonderskin.
The limited-edition lip stain brings together the best of both worlds: Virgin’s spirit of freedom and self-expression with Wonderskin’s innovative formula. Transfer-proof and waterproof, it delivers a bold pop of colour that lasts for up to 10 hours.

The collaboration also marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with Wonderskin pledging to donate 5% of sales from Headliner to Look Good Feel Better. The non-profit organisation harnesses the transformative power of beauty, offering free skincare and make-up workshops to help people undergoing cancer treatment regain their confidence and feel more like themselves.
“Virgin has never been shy about standing out,” says chief experience officer at Virgin Sam Kelly. “Our red has turned heads on aircraft, ships and stages for more than five decades. Wonderskin shares our appetite for doing things differently.”
