FLO have announced their anticipated second album Therapy At The Club and dropped the powerful title track – you can listen to it now.

The new record is the follow-up to 2024’s Access All Areas and will arrive on July 24 via Republic Records.

The group announced the record with a striking album trailer yesterday (May 6) which saw the group arriving at a nightclub in a black cab, while their recent single ‘Leak It’ played in the background.

The trio – Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma, and Jorja Douglas – say that the record is a lot darker than their previous effort and is inspired by the drama of a night out.

“We’re incredibly proud to finally share ‘Therapy at the Club’, our sophomore album, with the world. It’s a body of work that feels super personal to us, it’s been a labour of love,” the group explained. “For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy. I mean, where else do you feel more understood than in a girls bathroom on a night out…that’s the vibe!

They added: “We’ve been very hands-on with the writing and creation of this project alongside our very special collaborators, and that’s made it even more meaningful to us. This album represents where we are right now – honest, evolving, and unafraid to feel everything. We really hope you love it!”

The group also performed at the MOBOs in March, where they scooped the prize for Best R&B/Soul Act.
