Kanye West has shared a series of now deleted screenshots on Instagram, in which he claimed that Kim Kardashian “accused me of putting a hit out on her”.

The public feud between the former couple began when the rapper, who now goes by Ye, expressed his disapproval over their daughter North being on TikTok.

The latest screenshots, shared yesterday, were from an alleged text conversation with Kardashian’s unnamed cousin, according to Billboard.

“THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF KIM’S COUSIN AGREEING WITH ME ABOUT TIK TOK THEN PROCEEDING TO ASK ME FOR SOME YEEZYS AFTERWARDS,” Ye captioned the post in all caps.

Later that day he made the accusation that Kardashian had “ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING A HIT OUT ON HER,” shared alongside a screenshot in which he asked an unidentified person for Kardashian’s phone number.

He continued: “SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT I BEG TO GO TO MY DAUGHTERS PARTY AND IM ACCUSED OF BEING ON DRUGS THEN I GO PLAY WITH MY SON AND I TAKE MY AKIRA GRAPHIC NOVELS AND IM ACCUSED OF STEALING NOW IM BEING ACCUSED OF PUTTING A HIT ON HER.”

He added in a follow-up post: “THESE IDEAS CAN ACTUALLY GET SOMEONE LOCKED UP THEY PLAY LIKE THAT WITH BLACK MENS LIVES WEATHER ITS GETTING THEM FREE OR GETTING THEM LOCKED UP IM NOT PLAYING ABOUT MY BLACK CHILDREN ANYMORE.”

A representative for Kardashian has declined to comment.

Last week Ye shared his feelings about his daughter having TikTok on social media. “SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST DIVORCE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO ABOUT MY DAUGHTER BEING PUT ON TIK TOK AGAINST MY WILL.”

Kardashian responded on social media, writing: “Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create.”

She added that as the “main provider and caregiver” for their children, she was doing her best to protect their daughter while allowing her to express her creativity with adult supervision.

She continued: “Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all.”
