The emo rock titans will play the huge venue on July 10th and 11th next year as part of the Long Live: The Black Parade tour, which has been heading across stadiums in the US this summer. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 15th August, here.

Confirmation of the dates comes after the group shared a cryptic video on Instagram last week which featured a a bizarre game show called Quizzo. It saw the host informs the contestants that they are about to find out who will be “the next lucky country to win the grand prize of one nuclear winter”, before the UK was unveiled as the winner.

It will mark the first UK shows from the band since their 2022 comeback tour, which saw them play venues including Stadium MK in Milton Keynes and Cornwall’s The Eden Project.

Over the weekend the group also played their biggest ever homecoming show at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, with Rolling Stone noting the band’s commitment to unsettling theatrics.

“The band took everything to the extreme. There’s a clown that blows himself up, and at one point, Gerard uses his one last gasping breath after being stabbed to launch a nuclear war,” their review stated. “The band even tapped director Claire Marie Vogel to help create intricate tour visuals that fit the tour narrative. It all an astounding amount of creative output that makes for a stellar show.”
