Sea Girls have returned with the video for new track ‘DNA’, the first to arrive since the release of their second album ‘Homesick’ in March.

The new offering from the group was originally released as a special one off limited edition blue 7″ vinyl for Record Store Day on April 23rd, but has been added to the record as a special bonus track on all DSPs from today due to overwhelming fan demand.

It sees the band leaning into stadium-rock sensibilities as they deliver an ode to the power of being true to yourself, while the video sees frontman Henry Camamile running free in a Swiss field with a stunning mountainous backdrop.

“This track is an unapologetic expression of being strange,” Camamile told Rolling Stone UK.

“Being real to who you are is what links DNA to ‘Homesick’ as the album is tied to belonging and identity. DNA celebrates people who don’t fit the mould. You are who you are and that’s why people love you. If they don’t, fuck it.”

Of the track’s video, he added: ““We shot it in just one take whilst travelling between shows on our latest European tour. Our tour bus was heading over the mountains between Germany and Switzerland, and it just all made sense – we had to film there. I think we managed to stumble upon one of the most beautiful locations on earth!”
