Slipknot have announced details of a 2024 UK and European tour to mark 25 years since their formation.

The nu-metal icons will kick the tour off at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome on December 5 2024, before heading out across Europe and hitting the UK for shows in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham before wrapping up at London’s O2 Arena on December 20.

“It has been 25 years since we first played on the continent, and we’ve been back ever since,” said Slipknot’s Clown in a press statement. “The memories I have from all those times are life changing, and we’re ready to make more. I’m so excited to bring our 25 year Anniversary tour to Europe and the UK. Be prepared for an energy you’ve never experienced before. It’s happening.”

General sale tickets will go live from this Friday (December 15) at 9am GMT. Support on all dates comes from Bleed From Within.

The announcement comes after the band began sharing archival dates on social media over the weekend, prompting speculation that a new Europe and UK tour could be on the cards.
