The Warehouse Project announces complete 2022 line-up

The season will run from September to New Year's Eve and include a celebration of the Haçienda’s 40th anniversary

Manchester’s The Warehouse Project have announced full details of their 2022 season, with new shows announced featuring Peggy Gou, Orbital and more.

The long-running series will take up residency at the Depot Mayfield venue from 10 September, when an opening party called Repercussion will take place, featuring Jamie xx, Little Simz, Fred again.. and more.

The Warehouse Project 2022 will then run through until New Year’s Eve, with a host of new parties announced to complete the line-up.

Among the new additions are Peggy Gou‘s Gou Talk event, which will take over the venue on 21 October and see the DJ joined by the likes of Laurent Garnier and TSHA.

5 November will see the Homobloc event return, with Róisín Murphy, Self Esteem, The Blessed Madonna and more on board, before 40 years of the legendary Haçienda club will be celebrated on 12 November, with live performances from Orbital and the Happy Mondays.

The Warehouse Project co-founder Sam Kandel said in a statement: “The team is so looking forward to presenting WHP free of any covid restrictions that everyone had to deal with over the last couple of years. We can now concentrate on delivering the best WHP season to date.

“Musically we’ve cast the net even wider this year and so far the response has been incredible. We all know that Depot Mayfield is the dream location for The Warehouse Project and it’s just fantastic to be involved whilst this corner of Manchester continues to transform before our eyes.”’
