Paul Weller announces new album ’66’ to celebrate 66th birthday

The likes of Suggs, Noel Gallagher and Bobby Gillespie all contributed to the Modfather's 17th solo record.

Paul Weller has announced details of a new album called 66, which will be released the day before his 66th birthday.

The record – the Modfather’s first since 2021’s Fat Pop (Volume 1) – will come out on May 24, and is being previewed by its first single, ‘Soul Wandering’.

The singer’s 17th solo album was recorded over the last three years at his Black Barn studio with a host of collaborators including Suggs, Noel Gallagher and Primal Scream‘s Bobby Gillespie.

In support of the record, Weller will head out on a sold out UK tour beginning in April. You can see the dates below.
