Stormzy reschedules UK and Ireland H.I.T.H tour dates to 2022

The UK and Ireland dates of Stormzy’s H.I.T.H tour have been pushed back to Spring 2022 after already being delayed once before.

Stormzy’s dates were originally pushed back from 2020 to 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, the rapper has confirmed the dates to support his Mercury-nominated album ‘Heavy is the Head’ have been postponed once more.

Stormzy is due to bring the show to arenas in Cardiff, Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Dublin, Glasgow and London.

He will now play three nights at The O2, between March 13 and April 4 for the rescheduled dates.

All original tickets are still valid, and there are still some available and on sale now.

A wax figure of Stormzy was officially unveiled at Madame Tussauds London in August, after artists started working on it with him in early 2020.

The Stormzy wax model is based on his historic headline slot at Glastonbury in 2019, where he wore a stab vest designed by Banksy.

At the unveiling, Stormzy said: “I can’t lie, it’s one of my proudest moments. At school, we’d go to Madame Tussauds London where you’d see staple figures in entertainment, history, and culture. So, for me to be there, it feels mad.”

He added that seeing a 3D version of himself was “probably the creepiest, sickest, scariest, strangest, most surreal thing ever, but I feel so honoured to have my own figure”.
