We’ve all experienced the woes of modern dating, whether it’s ghosting, orbiting, breadcrumbing, or lovebombing. Out of this chaos comes the Diesel x Tinder collection, born from the realities of queer dating today.

Teaming up with the dating app for its Pride 2026 capsule collection and campaign, Diesel reworks its “For Successful Living” slogan to “For Successful Loving.” The campaign celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community, with models showcasing the vulnerability and chaos that come with the search for love.

“It’s not about idealising love, but defending it and giving it a voice, one that creates space for all its forms, and above all, for something real,” said Martens. “The ‘For Successful Loving’ manifesto reflects a shared attitude: no rules, no fixed definitions, just the freedom to connect on your own terms. That’s where our worlds meet. Only in this way can love truly succeed.”

At the heart of the project is RuPaul’s Drag Race star Gigi Goode, who guides a series of documentary-style interviews with the cast. Each model shares their approach to love, from dating preferences and personal style to their ultimate dealbreakers. Intimate, insightful, and all too relatable.

Of course, each of them wears the 17-piece collection, which draws on the stripped-back minimalism of the 90s through Diesel-branded underwear and blue jeans. In true Glenn Martens fashion, the silhouettes are reworked with provocatively distorted details

Trompe-l’œil detailing runs through the collection, with burnout lace and semi-transparent panels creating a dissolving visual effect. The collection plays with exposure and concealment, revealing just enough skin to echo the unpredictability and intimacy of first encounters.

To further support Pride, Diesel’s parent company, OTB Group, through its charitable arm, the OTB Foundation, alongside Tinder, has donated $100,000 (approximately £75,000) each to Outright International.

The non-profit organisation works to advance LGBTQIA+ rights globally, including promoting equitable and sustainable access to income through employment training and support for small and medium-sized businesses.

Since its launch in 1978, Italian denim giant Diesel has built a reputation as a cultural disruptor. Under the creative direction of Glenn Martens, who joined the brand in 2020, that legacy has not only continued but intensified.

Martens has redefined Diesel through deconstructed denim, provocative runway moments, and a renewed focus on cultural relevance – positioning the brand as a vocal supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community and contemporary identity expression.
