Get in the party spirit with these exclusive Bacardí cocktail recipes

The three delicious drinks were created by the UK Bacardí Rum Ambassador

With the festive season here, what better time to dust off the cocktail shaker and get into our exclusive Bacardí cocktail recipes?

Created especially for the THE CONCEPT A.I. ALBUM launch party in London with Bellah this month by the phenomenal Lewis Cooke, UK Bacardí Rum Ambassador, the three simple yet delicious cocktail recipes will bring a taste of the Caribbean to any party.

Here, Lewis shares not only his bespoke cocktail recipes, but also the inspiration behind them.

Bacardí cocktail recipes

The Rolling Stone

    “Championing our new premium spiced rum, I wanted to balance the rum with the light dryness of Ginger Ale and the sweetness of passion fruit. A real crowd pleaser that represents Rolling Stone UK and Bacardí’s mutual passion for music.”

    Ingredients:

    • 50ml Bacardí Caribbean Spiced
    • 10ml passionfruit syrup
    • Top with ginger ale and garnish with passion fruit slice

      Preparation technique: Mix ingredients in to a glass with cubed ice, and give it a little stir to combine them all. Garnish and serve.

      Bella Bellah

      “I couldn’t make a Bellah inspired drink without making it pink and fun, as instructed by the lady herself. We worked together to make sure that we came up with a drink that ultimately Bellah enjoyed first. Turns out, to no surprise, that everyone else loved it too.”

      Ingredients:

      • 50ml Bacardí Carta Blanca
      • 15ml Bubblegum Syrup
      • Top with lemonade and garnish with pink grapefruit wedge

      Preparation technique: Mix ingredients in to a glass with cubed ice, and give it a little stir to combine them all. Garnish and serve.

      El Coco Club

      “This is a cocktail we came up with to represent and champion Bacardí’s story of the El Coco Palm Tree. A dryer and lighter drink that helps dial up the beautiful coconut flavours present already within the rum.”

      Ingredients:

      • 50ml Bacardí Caribbean Spiced
      • 15ml Coconut Syrup
      • Top with soda and garnish with lime wedge

      Preparation technique: Mix ingredients in to a glass with cubed ice, and give it a little stir to combine them all. Garnish and serve.
