Wet Leg had a brilliantly chaotic reunion with Davina McCall on the BRITS Red Carpet over the weekend.

As the below video shows, the pair shared a hug with McCall after immortalising the legendary TV presenter in a song named after her, which featured on the band’s 2025 second album Moisturizer.

McCall, who previously attended the band’s show at Brixton Academy last year, is seen embracing each member of the band in a group hug, before posing for a photo on the red carpet. At one point, McCall was also heard to praise the band for “changing my life”.

Praising the band after their Brixton show last year, McCall said: “Such a brilliant night. So lucky to get to meet them afterwards. Best night ever.” Of having a song named after her, McCall said it “blew my mind”.

Wet Leg were nominated for Group Of The Year and Best alternative/ rock act at Saturday’s ceremony, but did not bag either prize.

Olivia Dean won big with four awards including Album of the Year, while the show also saw Harry Styles’ live debut of ‘Aperture’Mark Ronson’s hit-packed retrospective medley and Wolf Alice’s conceptual run-through of ‘The Sofa’ alongside a stunning rendition of ‘Berghain’ from Rosalia featuring special guest Björk.
