Fontaines D.C. announce huge 2027 UK outdoor summer gigs including first stadium shows
Little Simz and Viagra Boys will support the band at the new shows, while they've also detailed a second hometown show in Ireland with Hayley Williams and Madra Salach
On the day their 2026 UK arena tour sold out immediately, Fontaines D.C. have announced even bigger gigs for the summer of 2027.
The band, who release new album Dopamine Chamber next month, will play huge outdoor shows next summer with Little Simz and Viagra Boys in support, including their first ever stadium shows in London and Newcastle.
They have also detailed a second night in at the legendary Slane Castle, with Hayley Williams and Madra Salach in support at the County Meath venue.

The band also headlined the Reading and Leeds festivals at the weekend, shows that saw them pay tribute to late manager Trevor Dietz.
Reviewing the Reading set, Rolling Stone UK said: “By the time they reach the latter portion of the set, it’s a chance to prove why they’ve got the songs in the arsenal that have allowed them to get to this point. The dewey-eyed romance of ‘Favourite’ sees hordes of teenagers climbing on shoulders, while a closing rendition of ‘Starburster’ sees a giddy young crowd on the edge of going understandably, and brilliantly feral. When they depart and a camera hones on a guitar printed with the words ‘Trev Forever’, it feels like the ultimate tribute has been perfectly paid.”
