FKA twigs will step in to replace Doechii at All Points East after the American rapper cancelled all of her planned festival appearances set for this coming weekend.

The singer was set to perform alongside RAYE in London’s Victoria Park this weekend (August 23) as well as a headliner at Bristol’s FORWARDS the following day. A gig in Paris has also been cancelled.

Now, it’s been confirmed that FKA twigs will now take Doechii’s place as the West Stage headliner, shortly before RAYE headlines the entire event on Saturday (August 23).

Doechii has yet to comment on the cancellations, with none of the festivals specifying a reason for her cancellation.

The performance from twigs marks her first in the capital since a one-off date at Magazine earlier this year, which was described by RS UK as an “avant garde rave”.

“While she stuns the room into silence with renditions of ‘Cellophane’ and ‘Home To You’ late on in the show, it’s the highlights from Eusexua and sprightly, collab-heavy 2022 mixtape Caprisongs that translate the best, where twigs can shed the avant-garde and conceptual frameworks she’s associated with and simply dance. Of all the mesmerising moments in this show, those are the ones that feel closest to eusexua,” our verdict stated.

She showcased her 2025 album Eusexua at the show, before following that record up with the one-off single ‘Perfectly’ last month.
