James Blake and Labrinth have shared the full version of their track ‘Pick Me Up’, which is included on the soundtrack for the current series of ‘Euphoria’.

You can hear the track below, which features Blake‘s delicate vocals over a spaced-out and abstracted instrumental.

The song will appear on the accompanying soundtrack album to Euphoria Season 2, out Feb. 25 via Interscope Records.

The hit HBO teen drama which stars Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, and Sydney Sweeney, is currently midway through the series, with the next episode released this Sunday (January 30).

Other tracks from the soundtrack have already been shared, including a new song from Lana Del Rey which was previously teased in a preview for the new series. Tove Lo also recently shared her contribution ‘How Long’, which she said she was “excited and honored” to have contributed.

In the soundtrack for last year’s season, Billie Eilish and Rosalía dropped a song called ‘Lo Vas a Olvidar’, which also appeared in an episode. As well as contributing to Blake’s new track, Labrinth has overseen the soundtrack curation across both seasons.

The first season’s soundtrack also included songs by Arcade Fire, Blood Orange, Kilo Kish, Bobby Womack and more.

‘Pick Me Up’ is Blake’s first new music since his fifth album ‘Friends That Break Your Heart’, which was released last October.

Blake followed the release of that album with with a joint performance of album track ‘Funeral’ Jimmy Fallon’s ‘The Tonight Show’, followed by an official video release.

This spring sees Blake head out on a a UK and European tour in support of ‘Friends That Break Your Heart’.

Blake’s dates kick off on April 30, 2022 at the O2 Academy in Glasgow before concluding at Alexandra Palace on May 17, 2022.
