The Irish singer-songwriter’s follow-up to last year’s Can I Miss It For A Minute? will arrive on October 24 and marks her first release after announcing her signature to Atlantic Records earlier this year.

The new EP is produced by frequent Adrianne Lenker collaborator Philip Weinrobe and was recorded in Brooklyn. Check out the title track below.

Describing the project, which also features the recent single ‘Carried Away’, Nell said: “‘The Closest We’ll Get‘ is a collection of songs that tell a story about two people and how their relationship is in the grey area of friends or lovers. Each song is a realisation of how sitting in the in-between affected me and in turn affected the ‘friendship.’”

Nell has confirmed plans for her biggest UK and Ireland headline tour to date this November and December. You can check out details of that below.
