Welcome to Rolling Stone UK’s Playlist Picks. In the ever-growing and all-consuming world of music streaming, it’s increasingly hard to find something that really stands out from the noise and might just become your new favourite. So here’s where we step in.

We’ve decided to recruit noted tastemakers and familiar faces to tell us the songs they’re really vibing with at the moment. In turn, we hope that you’ll find something in those songs too. You’ll be able to listen to all the picks on our new Playlist Picks playlist on Spotify.

The latest Playlist Picks come from Lionesses captain extraordinaire and Arsenal star, Leah Williamson.

Dive into Williamson’s Playlist Picks and listen to them, along with all our other contributors so far, via our Spotify playlist below.

Paige Fish – ‘Baby Blondie

This has me in a chokehold. A suggested track when I just had music on in the house and her voice got me. I’d never heard any of her music before and I just got lost in this song. I’m a sucker for lyrics and a unique voice and this song just makes me want to shake her hand.

Madonna – ‘Like a Prayer

A classic that has had a revival on my playlist since she joined Sabrina Carpenter on stage at Coachella. It is one of my favourite songs ever. When the gospel choir comes out, I think it is one of the most joyous pieces of music. It takes me straight to Ibiza and Glitterbox every time I hear it.

Milky – ‘Just The Way You Are

The changing room loves it which is always a good sign. It just sounds like summer and after a long football season it’s been getting me excited for my break. It’s just a fun track, no notes.

Dijon – ‘Yamaha

After ‘The Dress’ went crazy, Dijon became my new love. He’s a genius, and this song and all it’s components just make me feel ALL the things. I missed him when he was performing in London, but he is top of my list to see because I think the layers to his music, the composition and his voice are just all consuming and made for a live setting.

Amma – ‘If You Don’t Love Me

I actually went on a YouTube deep dive recently on Raye, Amma and Absolutely and found this tune. It has a nostalgic feel to it, like it needs to be in a movie I’m going to watch over and over and make me cry.

Sasha Keable – ‘tell me what you want’

I first heard Sasha perform a few songs at a really intimate event and she’s got the type of voice that just makes you stop and listen. I’ve always loved RnB and since she released her new music this song has been on repeat.

Drake – ‘Stuck

I downloaded the latest drop on a flight to New York and was just letting it play and the beat of this just made me pay attention. Michael Jackson-esque. Another that just got me excited for summer and providing the vibes round the pool.
