Radiohead confirm first live shows in seven years
“For now, it will just be these ones but who knows where this will all lead,” drummer Philip Selway told fans

Radiohead have confirmed details of their first gigs together in seven years – see their new UK and European tour dates below.
It comes after the internet was awash with pictures of flyers seemingly for upcoming Radiohead gigs found by fans in European cities such as London, Berlin and Copenhagen.
Now, the band have confirmed that they will play four shows in the cities of Madrid, Bologna, London, Copenhagen and Berlin across November and December.
“Last year, we got together to rehearse, just for the hell of it,” drummer Philip Selway told fans. “After a seven year pause, it felt really good to play the songs again and reconnect with a musical identity that has become lodged deep inside all five of us.”
He added: “It also made us want to play some shows together, so we hope you can make it to one of the upcoming dates.”
Of the band’s future plans, he concluded: “For now, it will just be these ones but who knows where this will all lead.”
Tickets for the gigs will only be available via registration on Radiohead’s website, which opens on Friday, September 5 at 10am BST and closes at 10pm BST on Sunday, September 7.

Late last year, Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood said that the band had “no plans” for 2025, despite recently rehearsing together. Despite this, March 2025 then saw the band launch a legal entity with the now-prophetic title, RHEUK25.
Jonny’s comments came after bassist and his brother, Colin Greenwood, revealed that the band had recently reconvened for some “really fun” rehearsals, six years after their last tour concluded.
Since Radiohead last played together, Greenwood, Thom Yorke and Tom Skinner have launched The Smile, who released their third album, Cutouts, last year.
Yorke has also created a new play fusing Shakespeare’s Hamlet and his band’s 2003 album, Hail to the Thief.
