The ZYN Rolling Stone UK Awards will return later this year, and we’re delighted to announce that Greene King pubs will be one of our main sponsors for the event.

Last year, we teamed up with the country’s leading pub company to celebrate the grand finale of their inaugural Greene King Untapped competition, which saw Jasmin Jet emerge triumphant at The George in Borough, as well as receiving the chance to discuss her victory in the pages of Rolling Stone UK.

Now, we’re going one step further. The winner of this year’s competition will receive the Greene King Untapped Award and perform at the Rolling Stone UK Awards at the Roundhouse on 19 November.

Though entries for this year’s competition are now closed, the first round of heats will take place on August 14, before regional finals from August 27-30. The grand final to determine the all important winner will then take place on September 11 at The George.

Andrew Gallagher, Brand & Marketing Director for Greene King pubs, said: “At Greene King, we’re passionate about bringing great live music to local communities, whether that’s supporting grassroots artists through our Live at Your Local campaign or celebrating bigger names in the industry. That’s why we’re delighted to be sponsoring this year’s ZYN Rolling Stone UK Awards.

“Rolling Stone UK has a long-standing reputation for championing the artists and stories shaping music culture, making this a natural partnership for Greene King pubs. Live music has a unique ability to bring people together, create memorable moments and connect communities, and we’re proud to support it in our pubs across the UK. We’re looking forward to celebrating the artists, performances and moments that continue to shape the music landscape at this year’s awards.”
