BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Nadia Jae is set to host the launch party of the the Boi-1da-produced THE CONCEPT A.I. ALBUM in London tomorrow evening.
The event, which is set to take place at East London’s Village Underground, will see the 1xtra Breakfast Host overseeing proceedings as Rising R&B star Bellah prepares to perform a world-exclusive set.
Bellah, known for 2022’s Adultsville, is representing the UK on the upcoming THE CONCEPT A.I. ALBUM. The British singer will be performing her track from the EP for the first time ever at the party, as well as a selection of her biggest hits.
The album, developed in partnership with BACARDÍ as part of its Music Liberates Music campaign uplifting emerging global talents, sees producer Boi-1da training A.I. systems on his signature production style, making it accessible to upcoming musicians.
A plethora of international acts are set to feature on the album, with Bellah being the UK’s voice on the track ‘Something To Prove’.
As host, Nadia Jae will be getting the lowdown from Bellah on how the track came to life – as well as discussing the wider use of AI technologies with Rolling Stone UK News Editor Nick Reilly.
Boi-1da, who’s worked with everyone from Eminem to Rihanna, has connected with five handpicked rising artists spanning several genres from the UK, US and Canada.
“My motto is always evolve or die,” musician Bellah said, while describing her excitement for her upcoming feature on the album and her involvement in the project. “I’m actually so intrigued by it all.”
