Calvin Harris has joined forces with Dua Lipa once on a new collaboration which is set to arrive this Friday (27.05.22).

The pair first teamed up on 2018’s ‘One Kiss’, and Calvin has now shared a TikTok clip of the new song ‘Potion’, which features Dua after she agreed to add vocals to the track.

The new clip sees Calvin playing a selection of instruments including keyboard and guitar, before he FaceTimes Dua and she agrees to appear on the track with a firm “definitely”.

In a brief clip of the tune, Dua is heard to sing: “Late night conversations, electric emotions / Sprinkled with a little bit of sex / and that’s a potion.

Confirmation of the track comes after Calvin unveiled details of his new album, ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol.2’ last month.

Harris‘ sixth studio album – and first in five years – will arrive this summer, although an exact release date has not yet been shared and it is unclear if the new Dua collab will feature on it.

Writing on Twitter, the DJ and producer shared an image of the album’s title on a billboard along with the caption, “Summer ’22”.

His last album, ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol.1′ arrived in 2017 and featured songs including, ‘Slide’, ‘Heatstroke’, ‘Rollin’, ‘Faking It’ and ‘Feels’ – a collaboration with Katy Perry, Pharrell and Big Sean.

This summer, Harris is set to perform at a number of shows and festivals including one at Glasgow’s Hampden Park in July.

He’s also set to appear at the first Creamfields South event alongside David Guetta, Fatboy Slim, Deadmau5, CamelPhat, Becky Hill, Amelie Lens, Carl Cox, Jamie Jones and Charlotte De Witte.

Earlier this year Harris shared a new track, ‘Lonely’, under his Love Regenerator alias. On that, he collaborated with Riva Starr and Sandara Maitreya.
