FKA twigs has unveiled her latest single, ‘Measure of a Man’.

Taken from the soundtrack to the upcoming ‘Kingsman’ sequel ‘The King’s Man’, the track features West London rapper Central Cee and is an atmospheric slice of alt-R&B. You can hear it below.

The pair teased the collaboration last week, with a leaked snippet finding its way onto TikTok.

The song is credited to a slew of writers, including producer John Hill, Amanda Ghost, Dominic Lewis, Jane Goldman and the film’s director, Matthew Vaughn. It arrives in both standard and ‘cinematic’ versions.

FKA twigs’ last full-length album, ‘Magdalene’, was released in 2019. She shared a music video for the Headie One and Fred Again collaboration ‘Judge Me’ earlier this year, and directed the video for Koreless’ ‘White Picket Fence’ in July.

In September, twigs – who last December went public with allegations of physical and psychological abuse against her former partner, Shia LaBeouf – joined the #JoinTheChorus campaign to support survivors of domestic violence.

Central Cee’s debut mixtape, ‘Wild West’, dropped back in March, and features singles ‘Pinging (6 Figures)’ and ‘6 for 6’.

‘The King’s Man’, a prequel that represents the third instalment in the ‘Kingsman’ franchise, is released in UK cinemas on December 22. The film, a prequel, stars Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton and Rhys Ifans, and according to IMDb will see “the Kingsman agency is formed to stand against a cabal plotting a war to wipe out millions.”
