S Club 7 have announced their return for a reunion tour to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

‘The S Club 7 Reunited tour’ will see the group’s founding seven members – Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt, Jo O’Meara, Jon Lee, Paul Cattermole, Rachel Stevens and Tina Barrett – performing at arenas across the UK and Ireland.

The tour kicks off at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena on October 13, with further dates in cities such as Dublin, Manchester, Glasgow and Cardiff before it wraps up at London’s The O2 on October 28.

“After eight years it feels amazing to announce that we’re reuniting and performing together again. We’re so excited to bring the S Club Party back to our fans across the country to celebrate 25 years of S Club 7,” said the group.

“We can’t even believe it’s been so long! Music and friendship have always been at the core of everything that we’ve ever done. We hope everyone can join us for one big party!!”

Rumours of their reunion first circulated earlier this year, before members Jo O’Meara, Rachel Stevens and Tina Barrett were spotted at the BRIT Awards last weekend. When asked if their attendance was a hint at the group’s reformation, O’Meara told Rolling Stone UK they were merely having a ‘girl’s night out’.

The band first reunited in 2014 and embarked on a comeback tour for 2015, but went their separate again shortly after.
