Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards’ debut solo album is reported to feature Ed Sheeran and RAYE.

Edwards and her band – who formed as part of The X Factor in 2011 – went on hiatus in 2021 with all members pursuing other projects.

This week, Edwards announced her debut single under artist name Perrie, ‘Forget About Us’, which is coming soon.

A new piece from the Official Charts reveals that listening parties for the completed debut album were recently held in London.

The article reveals that Sheeran co-wrote ‘Forget About Us’ as well as another song on the album, while another co-write came from BRIT Award record-breaker RAYE.

No release date is yet confirmed for the single or album, but you can see the artwork for the new single below.

In 2021, Little Mix responded to rumours that they will split following the release of their greatest hits collection Between Us.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock said: “Well, I mean, I just think Little Mix, 10 years in, it’s something that can never really die if I’m honest,” which was met by laughter from her bandmates. Thirlwall then said: “No matter what in the future, we’ll always have each other. We’re a throuple, in this together.”

The following year, Jade Thirlwall last year confirmed that she had officially signed a solo record deal with RCA Records, while Leigh-Anne launched her solo career in 2023 with debut single ‘Don’t Say Love’.
