The Killers have returned with a snippet of a forthcoming new single – get a taster of ‘Your Side Of Town’ below.

The new music is the band’s first since 2022 single ‘Boy’, which followed The Killers‘ 2021 album Pressure Machine.

The song will be released tomorrow (August 25), the day before the band headline Reading & Leeds 2023.

The first teaser of the track comes in the form of a 10-second black-and-white clip soundtracked by a synth-led instrumental snippet.

Speaking about plans for new music from the band, Brandon Flowers told Rolling Stone UK in 2022: “We’re always working. We have a single that is going to come out in the summer that we’re thrilled about.

“We never sit down and have a roundtable discussion about which direction we’re going to go, we just follow the music.”

Alongside The Killers, Reading & Leeds 2023 will feature headliners Sam FenderBillie Eilish, FoalsImagine Dragons and The 1975. The latter have stepped in to replace Lewis Capaldi, and will perform their self-titled debut album in full to mark its tenth anniversary.
