IDLES’ Joe Talbot announces UK Q&A tour with Alan McGee

IDLES frontman Joe Talbot has announced details of three Q&A evenings across the UK later this year, hosted by Creation Records legend Alan McGee.

McGee will lead a series of intimate chats between Talbot and his fans at a selection of shows across November and December.

They will take off at Leicester’s Y Theatre on November 19 before heading to The Foundry in Sheffield and finally concluding up with a pair of matinee and evening London shows on December 4.

The announcement comes as IDLES prepare to release their fourth album in four years, ‘CRAWLER’.

Set for release on November 12, IDLES’ fourth studio effort was announced alongside lead single ‘The Beachland Ballroom’. The album was co-produced by Kenny Beats and IDLES guitarist Mark Bowen.

 They will also kick off 2022 with a run of sold-out UK and Ireland shows in January and February, including a four-night run at the O2 Academy Brixton in London.
