Oasis reportedly set to announce huge 2027 UK and European tour featuring Knebworth rerurn
The reports also hint at a huge homecoming residency at Manchester's Etihad Stadium
Oasis are reportedly set to continue their reunion tour and announce a set of massive 2027 gigs in the UK and Europe.
The band’s hugely anticipated comeback tour began last summer. It kicked off in Cardiff before a subsequent homecoming at Heaton Park and a run of shows at Wembley Stadium. Dates in the Far East, Australia and South America followed.
After a British peer claimed the band were playing Knebworth this summer before backtracking, new reports now say that the band will return to the site of their most famous gigs as part of a new slate of 2027 shows.
A source told the Manchester Evening News that 12 gigs were planned for Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, home to the Gallaghers’ beloved Manchester City. “It will be 12 nights at the Etihad Stadium across May and June. It’s just massive for Manchester and for the local economy,” a source said.
They added: “They could even add more dates to that as well there’s talk of up to 20. The wider tour is also going to include a return to Knebworth.”

Elsewhere, Oasis’ 2025 reunion tour is being immortalised in a new documentary. Don’t Look Back in Anger, created by Peaky Blinders’ Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, will open in IMAX and cinemas this September before arriving on Hulu and Disney+ later this year. Its first trailer dropped last week.
Reviewing the first night of their 2025 world tour in Cardiff, Rolling Stone UK said: “Oasis’ arsenal of generation-defining hits is hardly a secret, but when confronted with them one after another like this, it’s truly overwhelming and doesn’t let up for over two hours.”
